Refund policy

We want you to love your Santiki pieces. Our products are designed for easy days by the beach, pool, and wherever your travels take you.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Easy 14-Day Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, simply return your item and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted merchandise
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
